Maple Leaf Daycare Center Board of Directors
The Maple Leaf Board of Directors is responsible for the overall operation of Maple Leaf. The Board meets monthly to discuss the operations of the Center. Issues discussed and overseen by the board include:
- financial status and operations of Maple Leaf
- staff compensation
- enrollment status and policies of Maple Leaf
- special programs, fundraisers, and social events at Maple Leaf
- issues of safety and welfare of the children and staff at Maple Leaf
- any sensitive issues regarding staff-staff relations or parent-staff relations
- building maintenance
